How does your recruitment service work?
At Hales Group we manage the whole recruitment process for you, which means you will only receive suitable CVs and/or candidates who we have sourced through leading job boards and our own database. We will base the candidates skill set on the criteria you have specified which will also avoid time wasting. We will also investigate their career history and meet with them face to face to assess their suitability. We will manage the interview process and will reject or offer candidates as directed by yourselves. We can also obtain references from former employers for the successful applicant. The process is comprehensive and we can tailor it to suit your needs, should you wish to add or remove any part of the service. Team fit is also a big part of recruitment and which is why we would always recommend a visit to our clients premises to allow us to get a feel for the environment they will be working in as well as the team.

How long does the recruitment process take?
The recruitment process depends entirely on what position you are looking to fill. Get in touch with one of our team members so we can provide more details about timescales for your individual needs.

Where will my vacancy be advertised?
We have direct access to over 100 leading job boards and CV portals which gives us the opportunity to gain maximum coverage for your vacancy and also to search for the high quality and suitably skilled candidates to match your requirements. We also have an extensive database of candidates immediately available on our own in house database for your short term or temporary assignments and a vast catalogue of personnel for your permanent requirements.

How many candidates will I get to interview?
Following our full recruitment process we would look to shortlist and submit in the region of 4/5 suitable candidates all who we believe would be suitable for interview.
