Why did you choose Hales Recruitment?
I chose Hales Group Recruitment as they’re fantastic at finding the ideal role for individual requirements. Describe the Hales’ process of working with you…
When I joined up I signed up for both full and part time work so my options where wider on top of a large area I can travel to. The process was easy and the staff where inviting and friendly, that was important as it helped me to feel more happy about choosing them and gave me more confidence in their abilities.

How would you describe the overall service Hales provided you?
I have contacted a number of staff members at Hales Recruitment and they’ve all been very friendly and professional. It has been a pleasure to work for them and overall I feel valued as an employee. The staff have done very well to accommodate my needs on top of finding me work.

What solution did Hales provide?
I was passed onto recruiter, Annabel Newcombe. She was energetic and enthusiastic and found me work every day I needed it. She was always in contact asking me how it was going and informing me of all I needed so I was prepared for the following day’s work. I have full confidence in her abilities and when she found a temporary to permanent placement for me which I am currently at, I was very pleased. She listened to my work history, my feedbacks, and my personality and put me forward on her judgement that I was the right candidate for the role.

Have there been any stand-out moments during your working relationship?
Hales Recruitment have a great team and I couldn’t recommend any other agency other than Hales to anyone. It has been a pleasure to deal with them.
