Technical Support Coordinator, £30,000 per annum dependant on experience
Full Time / Permanent, Monday to Friday, 8.30-17.00
Due to company growth our Client is seeking a Full time Technical Support Coordinator to join their busy team in Hitchin, Hertfordshire.
· Act as first point of contact for Customer’s technical enquiries
· Advice customers on the most suitable products
· Learn and understand technical data sheets
· Processing orders and returns
· Investigate invoice queries
Skills and Experience required
· Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
· Must have previous experience working on a CRM system/SAP and CAD software
· Must be able to evidenced examples of taking ownership of technical queries
· Must have a technical mindset
· Must have a proactive desire to keep on track of new products
