Team Leader – order desk

My client based in North Norfolk are looking for an Order Desk Team Leader to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

You will take responsibility for the day to day running of their order service desk, ensuring they deliver a brilliant experience for their clients.

You will need to manage workflows and workloads, monitor the volume and progress of tickets, allocating resources accordingly to ensure delivery within SLAs. You will continuously monitor overall performance, and will work to make improvements to processes and procedures. You will work closely with clients, managing relationships, making sure they are aware of any issues, and acting as an escalation point when required. You will also be involved in all aspects of team management; training and development, mentoring, appraisals, recruitment and workload management. Your range of tasks will be diverse and ever evolving, but you will be able to deliver them in a collaborative, forward thinking environment, with a talented team around you and a senior management team who embrace positive change.

This is a temp to perm position for the right person.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.

Salary range from £20k to £25kpa.
