Job Role: Branch Manager – Service
Salary: Dependent on experience + Bonus + Co Car
Status: Full time Monday – Friday 40 hours
Our client is seeking a Branch Manager for their successful and growing Service Business. Seeking someone who will be able to drive the business forward and continue the successful Department.
Manage the Branch’s resources to ensure an effective, efficient and profitable service is maintained end to end
Manage P & L and control of all costs with a full understanding of revenue streams and profit lines
Develop methods of monitoring performance of the department and individuals, against set criteria, KPI’s and service levels and financials
Monthly 121’s with staff and annual appraisals
Work with field staff to deveop engineers technical skills and ensure adhereance to processes
Hold quarterly engineer toolbox meetings, presenting branch financial results and Kpi’s
Recruitment and disiplinary processes for branch staff
You will need
You will have worked in a similar role, be results driven with a track record of controlling budgets and be able to provide examples of where you have exceeded targets
It is essential you have experience of managing, motivating and leading a team
