Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager
Salary: £60,000-80,000 (DOE) + Bonus
We are recruiting on behalf of our market leading client for an experienced fit out Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to join their team in Central London. To be focused on delivering multi-million-pound projects to high profile clients on a global scale.
Due to company growth plans and multiple live projects in London. Our client is seeking a highly-reputable Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manger to join their existing Commercial department.
In order to support their vast portfolio of projects over the London area. The role would involve you splitting your working week between our clients central London office and various sites across London. The projects in question will be anything from a Cat A or Cat B office fit out nature, valued anywhere between £500k and £15 million.
Your involvement as a Commercial Manager will begin from offering advice to pre-construction team (i.e. Estimators) before taking full ownership of multiple projects to ensure they are delivered to budget, at the needs of the client, while maximising profit, with seamless supply chain management – in order to meet the highest quality expectations, working alongside Project Managers.
The Salary Package
Our client is offering a competitive salary package £60,000-£80,000 + Group Bonus scheme.
