Hales Group Ltd is currently recruiting for Out of Hours Office Staff to work in their Grimsby office.
The job is to work in the office out of hours, answering the telephone calls, giving advice to staff and service users, electronic call monitoring, covering care calls in staff absence and dealing with emergency queries.

The shifts are 17:00pm to 22:30pm week days and 07:00 to 15:00pm and 15:00pm to 22:30pm weekends and bank holidays.
