Are you on the look out for your next Customer Service opportunity? Do you pride yourself on having fantastic communication skills?
Hales Group are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a proven track record in Customer Service. You will be an empathetic people’s person with the ability to problem solve and multitask.
You will need to have excellent written and oral skills and be confident in your ability to use platforms such as Teams, Outlook and CRM.
The position will see you working with a team of 9 providing aftersales support for one of our brands. A typical day would include answering telephone calls, responding to and escalating emails, ensuring customer records are kept up to date and processing orders and payments.
