Hales Group Launches New and Improved Annual Recognition Awards

Hales Group is proud to launch a bigger, better and more inclusive annual awards, created to recognise and celebrate the incredible people across our organisation.

About the Hales Heroes Reward and Recognition Scheme

Created to celebrate colleagues who go above and beyond, Hales Heroes has become a cornerstone of the organisation’s culture, spotlighting the dedication, compassion and commitment shown by care teams across Hales’ branch network. Since launching in 2017, it has recognised thousands of care professionals and awarded almost £100,000 in prizes.

Building on its success, the reward and recognition scheme is now being enhanced with the introduction of the Hales Group Awards, transforming the long-running monthly initiative into a group-wide annual celebration. The new awards will recognise outstanding individuals and teams across all parts of the business, including Hales Homecare and Hales Jobs.

The awards will celebrate colleagues who live the organisation’s core values—Help, Advice, Listen, Encourage and Support—whether delivering exceptional care in people’s homes, supporting candidates into employment, or strengthening teams behind the scenes.
